Drumpsticky Misleads with Science Neither He Nor Followers Use.

The critical thing here is that Trump was trying to downplay the effects of halting global warming by claiming the tinier number, that the Celsius scale gave. Doubt he or most of his voters were aware of this, but the speech writer plainly was.  Celsius ranges from 0 at Freezing to 100 at Boiling, and thus each degree represents much more energy than a degree of Fahrenheit does.  So, .36 Fahrenheit, doesn't sound like much either, but the Earth is a damn site bigger than a poached egg.
